1. Digital Course Refunds

We offer refunds only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake
  • Technical issues preventing course access for more than 48 hours (verified by our team)

Refunds are not applicable once course content has been accessed or downloaded.

2. Process

To request a refund, email siva.b@innoventengg.com with:

  • Payment ID / Transaction ID
  • Registered email
  • Reason for refund

Refunds (if approved) are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
